Core Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Source and cultivate new leads through cold-calling, networking, and industry events.
- Face-to-Face Meetings: Travel to client sites to deliver compelling product presentations, conduct demonstrations, and negotiate contracts.
- Relationship Management: Maintain productive, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business or referrals.
- Pipeline Management: Keep accurate, detailed records of sales activities, customer accounts, and performance metrics in the company's CRM.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to effectively position offerings.
- Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed individual and team sales quotas
Pay: ₹10,686.92 - ₹31,253.49 per month
