Role Overview
Bloomchemag bv Belgium is a non-manufacturing company specialising in marketing, distribution, and logistics for speciality and industrial
chemicals, moving them from Asia to Europe.
BloomchemAG bv Belgium is looking for a Salesforce AI Business Excellence Support professional to support business process optimization,
CRM management, automation initiatives, reporting systems, and AI-enabled operational excellence projects. The role requires a combination
of analytical thinking, technical coordination, and business process understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- AI adoption in our business.
- Simulate all functionalities of ERP SAP in a Salesforce Customer Service Deck.
- Support Salesforce CRM operations, user coordination, and workflow management.
- Assist in AI-driven business automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Generate dashboards, reports, and MIS for business tracking and decision-making.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams to streamline workflows.
- Monitor CRM data quality, process adherence, and reporting accuracy.
- Assist in implementation and optimization of Salesforce tools and business modules.
- Support automation of routine business processes using AI tools and workflows.
- Provide user support, training coordination, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Maintain documentation of SOPs, workflows, and system processes.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and business workflow systems.
- Understanding of AI tools, automation concepts, and business analytics.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Advanced MS Excel and dashboard reporting knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 6 – 9 Years+ years of progressive experience in end-to-end supply chain management within chemical distribution, specialty
chemicals, industrial chemicals, trading, or logistics sectors.
- Demonstrated experience managing international supply chains involving Asia-to-Europe operations.
- Experience handling hazardous chemicals, bulk chemical logistics, and ISO tank movements is strongly preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, International Business, or related field preferred.
Technical Proficiency
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Zapier, or workflow automation tools
- Exposure to ERP systems and CRM integrations
- Basic understanding of data management and process mapping
