Job Summary
Radical Global is hiring a Customer Support Executive to provide excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through phone, email, and WhatsApp support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi .
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
