Lead Capture & Management
- Capture and register all inbound leads from multiple sources including exhibitions, website enquiries, walk-ins, and SEO/digital campaigns into the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner
- Categorize and tag leads by source, geography, product interest, and priority level to enable targeted follow-up
Lead Tracking & Pipeline Maintenance
- Maintain a real-time lead tracker with updated status at every stage.
- Ensure zero lead leakage by conducting daily audits of the pipeline and flagging unactioned or stale leads
Sales Team Coordination
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales representatives based on territory, product line, or availability and confirm acknowledgement
- Follow up with the sales team to obtain status updates, next action dates, and reasons for delays or losses
- Escalate leads at risk of going cold to the Sales Head / Director with a suggested action plan
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly lead dashboards to management.
- Highlight trends, drop-off points in the funnel, and source-wise ROI to assist management in making data-driven decisions
Exhibition & Event Management
- Coordinate pre- and post-exhibition lead collection processes, including badge scanning, enquiry forms, and business card digitization
- Ensure all exhibition leads are entered into the system within 24 hours of the event and follow-up is initiated within 48 hours
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for MIS and reporting
- Clear verbal and written communication for internal reporting and external lead handling
- Analytical mindset to interpret funnel data and present actionable insights.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
