Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction
- Communicate with customers politely and professionally across calls, WhatsApp, and social platforms
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right Riitek products
- Follow-Up Management
- Maintain a structured follow-up system (daily tracking)
- Reconnect with interested leads until they convert or clearly drop off
- No lazy follow-ups like “just checking” — every follow-up should push toward a decision
- Lead Handling
- Handle inbound and outbound leads
- Ensure quick response time (speed = higher conversion)
- Relationship Building
- Build trust so customers feel confident buying
- Maintain long-term relationships for repeat purchases and referrals
- Conversion Focus
- Guide customers from interest → consideration → purchase
- Address objections clearly and confidently
Required Skills
- Strong communication with a polite and professional tone
- Patience with persistence (big difference — don’t confuse them)
- Ability to track and manage multiple follow-ups
- Basic sales understanding (closing mindset)
