Job Summary
Visko Group is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive for the Real Estate division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, explaining property details, and coordinating site visits to support the sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads through different sources.
- Explain project details, pricing, and property features to prospective clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested buyers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
- Update lead status and customer information in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and customer support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, telesales, or real estate sales preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
