Role Overview
As a Sales Executive / Intern, you will be the frontline ambassador for SkillSync Infinity. You will engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the professional programs that best fit their aspirations. This is a high-impact, hybrid role perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in EdTech sales, offering a mix of remote flexibility and collaborative in-person strategy sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling: Understand the career goals of potential learners and recommend suitable AI-integrated courses (e.g., Data Science, Digital Marketing, Cloud Computing).
- Lead Conversion: Reach out to inbound leads and prospective students via phone calls, emails, and messages to drive enrollments.
- Relationship Building: Follow up continuously with prospects to build trust, address queries, and assist them seamlessly through the onboarding process.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily and weekly outreach metrics and revenue targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of all candidate interactions and sales pipelines in the company CRM.
- Market Feedback: Relay common objections, trends, and learner feedback to the marketing and product teams to help refine our offerings.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience. Freshers with a strong desire to build a career in sales, business development, or EdTech are highly encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills. You should sound confident, empathetic, and persuasive on the phone.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and video conferencing platforms. A basic understanding of the tech and AI landscape is a huge plus.
- Drive & Resilience: Highly motivated and target-oriented. You view a "no" as a stepping stone to the next "yes."
- Adaptability: Ability to manage your time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
