We are looking for a confident and experienced Spoken English Trainer cum Department Head who can effectively handle offline Spoken English classes as well as manage the overall training department.
The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality training to students, managing and supporting trainers, coordinating with the Sales Department, monitoring department activities, and ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the offline training operations
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular Offline Spoken English classes and demo sessions.
- Manage and coordinate the training department.
- Guide, support, and monitor the performance of trainers.
- Train and support newly joined trainers.
- Coordinate student allocation and class schedules.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department regarding student requirements and admissions.
- Handle trainer/student concerns and ensure smooth class operations.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and department activities.
- Approve team leaves as per company policy.
- Prepare and submit regular department reports.
- Ensure training quality and overall department discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience as a Spoken English Trainer.
- Team handling or department management experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in conducting classes and demo sessions.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
