Cath Lab Technician

A reputed Super Speciality Hospital in Vadodara is seeking a skilled and dedicated Cath Lab Technician to join its Cardiology team. The ideal candidate should have experience assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures while ensuring patient safety and adherence to Cath Lab protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including angiography, angioplasty, and other catheter-based interventions.
- Prepare and maintain Cath Lab equipment, instruments, and consumables.
- Monitor patients during procedures and assist in emergency situations when required.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of Cath Lab equipment.
- Maintain accurate procedure records and documentation.
- Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
- Coordinate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for smooth procedural workflow.
- Ensure readiness of the Cath Lab for scheduled and emergency procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma / Degree in Cath Lab Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, Radiology Technology, Operation Theatre Technology, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting preferred.
- Knowledge of cardiac procedures, Cath Lab equipment, and patient monitoring.
- Familiarity with radiation safety and infection control practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced cardiac care environment.
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
