Key Responsibilities
- Handle student and parent inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interaction
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, schedules, and career outcomes
- Counsel students based on their academic background and career goals
- Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment
- Maintain and update student databases and follow-up records
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
- Achieve admission targets and contribute to organizational growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Sales and counseling aptitude
- Ability to handle multiple queries and work under targets
Work Area
- Primarily office-based with interaction at the institute premises
- May include tele-counselling and online student engagement
- Occasional participation in educational fairs, seminars, or outreach programs
