Role Mandate
The Business Development Associate (BDA) will drive expansion by identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing new property and institutional partnerships.
This is a high-ownership, target-driven field role requiring:

We are looking for someone who represents the brand confidently in the market and can close deals independently.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Growth & Market Expansion
- Identify and onboard new hostel/PG properties, landlords, developers, and institutional partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, institutions, and vendors.
- Generate business through cold calls, field visits, meetings, referrals, and networking.
- Explore expansion opportunities in new micro-markets and cities.
2. Sales & Deal Closure
- Present company offerings, pricing structures, and operational advantages with clarity and confidence.
- Negotiate commercial terms professionally and close deals end-to-end.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and disciplined closure cycles.
- Handle objections tactically and convert opportunities effectively.
3. Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams post-closure.
- Ensure seamless handover of signed properties/clients.
- Maintain accurate lead trackers, CRM updates, and daily sales MIS.
- Track pipeline health and conversion ratios.
4. Target Ownership
- Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily activity reports (calls, meetings, visits, closures).
- Represent the company professionally across meetings, events, and site visits.
Candidate Profile
We are specifically looking for a presentable, confident, and street-smart professional with:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion capability.
- Market awareness and practical decision-making ability.
- Field sales mindset with high ownership and accountability.
- Comfort working under targets and performance pressure.
- Strong follow-up discipline and relationship management skills.
- Basic working knowledge of CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.
Travel Requirement
- Must be comfortable with local travel across Delhi NCR.
- Should be open to traveling to other cities when required for property acquisition or business expansion.
- Flexibility and mobility are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- 0–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Real Estate / Hospitality / Startup ecosystem.
- Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, and a hunger to close deals are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
