Roles & Responsibilities
1. 1. Identifying Best Candidates
· Conducting thorough research to identify top candidates who match the organization's requirements.
2. 2. Calling and Screening Candidates
· Reaching out to potential candidates.
· Screening their profiles to assess suitability.
· Scheduling interviews for further evaluation.
3. 3. Scheduling Interviews
· Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interview times.
· Ensuring smooth communication and scheduling throughout the interview process.
4. 4. Collecting Feedback
· Gathering feedback from reporting managers after interviews.
· Using this feedback to refine and adjust hiring techniques as needed.
5. 5. Analyzing Selection and Rejection
· Reviewing the selection and rejection patterns of candidates.
· Identifying and eliminating factors that lead to the rejection of profiles to improve the hiring process.
6. 6. Documentation and On-boarding
· Managing the documentation process for new hires.
· Facilitating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
7. 7. Lateral Hiring and Freelance Trainer Hiring
· Handling the recruitment of experienced professionals (lateral hiring).
· Managing the hiring process for freelance trainers.
8. 8. Continuous Improvement
· Continuously analyzing and improving sourcing strategies.
· Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to attract top talent.
