Job Description:
Manipal Hospitals is seeking a Senior Executive - TPA who will be responsible for managing and facilitating the relationship with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to ensure smooth processing of insurance claims. The role involves coordinating with various internal departments to ensure compliance with TPA policies and procedures, as well as providing exceptional service to patients and insurance representatives. The Senior Executive will be tasked with analyzing TPA performance metrics, preparing reports, and identifying areas for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for TPAs to resolve queries and issues related to claims processing.
- Review and assess insurance claims in accordance with hospital guidelines and TPA requirements.
- Work closely with the finance and billing departments to ensure timely and accurate submission of claims.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and insurance trends to serve as a resource for both staff and patients.
- Conduct regular training sessions for hospital staff on TPA-related processes and updates.
- Generate and analyze reports on TPA performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline operations related to TPAs.
