A successful Customer Support & Marketing Executive:
- Responds to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensures all leads are followed up consistently.
- Maintains accurate CRM records and documentation.
- Supports marketing initiatives effectively.
- Creates a positive first impression of the DPFXPERT brand.
- Coordinates efficiently with Sales and Operations teams.
- Demonstrates ownership, discipline, and accountability in daily work.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead management.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, telecalling, inside sales, digital marketing support, or similar roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.
