Job Title: Senior Service Coordinator

Job Summary:
Tech-Long is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate field service operations for beverage filling and packaging machinery. The candidate will be responsible for service planning, engineer coordination, customer communication, spare parts coordination, and ensuring timely service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service engineers for installation, maintenance, breakdown, and commissioning activities
- Handle customer service requests and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor engineer movements, travel plans, and site visit schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments for spare parts and technical support
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and MIS reports
- Follow up on pending service cases and customer feedback
- Maintain proper documentation related to service operations
- Support management in improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Communicate with domestic and international teams when required
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of service operations and field support
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
- Problem-solving and team management skills
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field
- Experience in packaging, beverage, or industrial machinery industry preferred
Experience:
- 4–8 years of experience in service coordination or service operations

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
