About FBD
FBD is a fast-growing fitness and wellness organization operating multiple branches across Jaipur. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing daily operations, coordination, communication, and follow-ups.
This is a high-responsibility role requiring strong ownership, professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate with branch managers, department heads, vendors, and team members to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Track and follow up on pending tasks, projects, and deadlines.
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and presentations when required.
- Handle professional communication through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
- Act as a bridge between the Director and various teams to ensure smooth communication and accountability.
- Organize and maintain records, documents, and confidential information.
- Assist in operational coordination across all branches.
- Accompany the Director for meetings and visits across Jaipur branches whenever required.
- Ensure timely updates and status reports on ongoing projects and initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Coordinator, Operations Executive, or similar role.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and digital communication tools.
- Comfortable with local travel within Jaipur as required.

Additional Information
- Base location: Civil Lines, Jaipur.
- Travel within Jaipur will be required, as the organization operates multiple branches across the city.
- Candidates should be comfortable coordinating across teams and locations.
- Please Note: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. Candidates must be available to work from the office and travel within Jaipur as required. This is not a work-from-home or remote role.
