Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will manage executive schedules, coordinate internal and external communications, track key projects, and ensure seamless execution of business priorities.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), presentations, and reports.
- Prioritize and coordinate daily business activities on behalf of the MD.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive business information.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal teams, clients, partners, and vendors.
- Draft emails, proposals, business correspondence, and presentations.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and business commitments.
Project & Business Tracking
- Monitor ongoing client projects and coordinate with creative, production, digital, and media teams.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and approvals across departments.
- Maintain project status reports and management dashboards.
Client & Vendor Management
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
- Support relationship management with key clients and partners.
- Manage vendor communications and administrative documentation.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze business data and provide executive summaries.
- Maintain records, contracts, and important company documents.
Event & Business Development Support
- Assist in organizing shoots, events, client meetings, and corporate engagements.
- Support proposal creation, pitch presentations, and business development activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Experience in Media, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Production House, or Agency environment preferred.
Pay: ₹12,533.03 - ₹46,165.02 per month
