b Purpose
To lead and manage the hotel's sales and marketing activities, increase room occupancy and F&B revenue, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen Meridian Inn's presence in the local and corporate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Generate business from corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators and other key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote rooms, restaurants, banquets, conferences and other hotel services.
- Drive corporate bookings, group bookings, events and banquet business.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments.
- Conduct regular client visits, sales calls and business meetings.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers and local marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, F&B and Operations teams to support sales commitments.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing.
- Maintain proper sales records, client databases and regular sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Represent Meridian Inn at business meetings, exhibitions and networking events.
- Support digital marketing and social media promotions in coordination with the management.

Qualifications
Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
