A. Program & Operational Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the operational flow for SNM’s degree programs, internships, and masterclasses.
- Manage daily schedules, class timetables, lab bookings, faculty sessions, and student attendance.
- Coordinate with the University administrative office for classroom/lab allocation, facilities, and technical resources.
- Support onboarding of students, including orientation, documentation, and issuing ID cards/passes.
- Act as the first point of contact for all operational issues and resolve them efficiently.
B. Faculty & Industry Partner Coordination
- Liaise with visiting faculty, industry mentors (e.g., Ralph & Das), and guest speakers for session planning.
- Organize logistics for workshops, guest lectures, and project reviews.
- Maintain calendars, confirm availability, and ensure teaching materials are ready.
C. Student Support & Communication
- Maintain smooth communication between the school and students regarding schedules, deadlines, assignments, and policies.
- Track student progress and escalate concerns related to attendance, performance, discipline, or delays.
- Facilitate internal events, student showcases, exhibitions, and project demonstrations.
D. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of attendance, assignments, evaluations, and program outcomes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for the Head of School.
- Support accreditation, audits, NAAC-style documentation, or internal governance requirements.
- Maintain databases related to faculty, courses, students, and industry partners.
E. Administrative & Back-End Support
- Coordinate with Finance for processing payments (faculty honorariums, procurement, reimbursements).
- Liaise with HR for onboarding visiting faculty and contract staff.
- Work with the Technical/IT team on smooth functioning of labs, systems, and software tools.
- Assist with procurement of supplies, software licenses, lab equipment, production materials, etc.
F. Admissions & Outreach Support
- Support the admission process: application screening, SoP/SoI collation, interview scheduling.
- Coordinate with the marketing and outreach team during college visits, events, and online campaigns.
- Provide operational support during admission cycles, orientation weeks, and portfolio review days.
