We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality wire mesh , designed for durability, security, and versatility. Our products are widely used across various industries, including construction, security, and agriculture. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to promote our wire mesh products in the field and build lasting customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with potential customers in person, present our wire mesh products, and demonstrate the benefits and features of the products.
- Generate Sales Leads: Identify and approach new customers in residential, commercial, and industrial areas to sell our wire mesh products.
- Order Management: Take customer orders, provide accurate quotes, and process orders through the system.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and trust with customers to maintain long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position and sell our products.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide insights on customer feedback and market trends, and report regularly to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales or door-to-door sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable with in-person meetings, cold calling, and building relationships.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple customers and leads.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
