We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of residential interior projects and ensure they are completed on time while maintaining the highest quality standards. Position Site Supervisor Location Nallagandla Bypass Road, Serilingampalle, Hyderabad, Telangana Key Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day execution of residential interior projects at site. Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, vendors, contractors, and clients. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the planned schedule. Supervise carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, modular furniture installation, and finishing works. Inspect work quality and resolve on-site issues promptly. Manage material deliveries, inventory, and site resources efficiently. Prepare daily site progress reports and provide regular updates to the management team. Ensure safety standards, cleanliness, and site discipline are maintained throughout the project. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in an interior design or interior fit-out company. Good understanding of residential interior execution and site coordination. Ability to read and interpret interior working drawings. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to project sites across Hyderabad. Preferred Skills Experience handling residential interior projects. Good knowledge of interior materials and finishing works. Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an added advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Why Join Chic Spaces?
