We are seeking a Creative UI/UX Web Designer (not a front-end developer) who is passionate about conversions and delivering exceptional user experiences. The role involves designing conversion-focused wireframes and mockups for landing pages and websites (not mobile apps) using various design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. This is not a UX/UI role for creating web or mobile apps. This is a role suited for candidates who are passionate about creating great user experiences for Websites and Landing Pages.
Key Responsibilities
- Design wireframes and mockups for new layouts and features that align with user needs and business goals.
- Design mockups for A/B tests to optimize user experience and boost conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the team to analyse website data and user behaviour, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Apply responsive design principles to ensure a seamless experience across all devices.
- Integrate persuasive copy into designs to drive conversions.
- Stay up to date with the latest CRO tools, trends, and strategies.
- Participate in client meetings, providing updates and presenting design concepts.
- Meet deadlines and deliverables while adhering to client expectations.
Requirements
- Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in designing conversion-focused landing pages and websites.
- Design Tools Proficiency: Mastery of design software such as Figma or similar tools.
- Web Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other tools to evaluate user behaviour and conversions.
- Project Management: Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, particularly with marketing, development, and content teams.
- Communication: Ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to our clients and stakeholders in the UK and US.
