Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect with 3–5 years of professional experience to support the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, assisting in project documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings.
- Prepare schematic, design development, and construction drawings.
- Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations, codes, and standards.
- Assist senior architects in client meetings and project discussions.
- Maintain project records, drawing registers, and documentation systems.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for project integration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methodologies, and architectural detailing.
- Knowledge of local building codes, development regulations, and approval processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
