Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable IT Support Staff to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and CCTV installations. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in IT are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer software and operating systems.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of CCTV systems.
- Resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain IT equipment and ensure systems are functioning efficiently.
- Support users with day-to-day technical issues.
- Perform routine system checks and basic preventive maintenance.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
