- Maintain professional communication with clients.
Database Management
- Update CRM and Excel records.
- Maintain daily call reports.
- Track leads and follow-up status.
Market Research
- Identify exporters and importers from different industries.
- Collect customer information and trade lane details.
- Support business development activities.
