Position Overview
The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analysing, and reporting organizational data to support decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management tools, and the ability to generate accurate and timely reports for management.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Create, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards using Google Sheets and MS Excel
- Build and manage shared trackers, dashboards, and reports in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides) for real-time collaboration across teams
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) linked to Sheets, where required
- Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting) to compile and analyze data
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Google Apps Script and/or Excel Macros/VBA.
Required Skills & Qualifications: -
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, IT, Business Administration preferred)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management role
- Strong hands-on expertise in Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF/Nested IF, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation; Macros/VBA is a plus
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Workspace: Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data linking), Google Forms, Google Docs, Google Drive file/folder management.
- Familiarity with Google Apps Script for automation (preferred, not mandatory).
