Job Summary
We are looking for receptionist who handle all reception area work, travel booking.
Preferable Industry : Travel & Hotel industry
o Coordinate and manage Director's calendar, including scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events
o Handle and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring that important messages are received and responded to in a timely manner
o Maintain accurate records and files, both paper and electronic, ensuring that all documents are properly labeled and organized
o Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars with visa application
o Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements
Requirements
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
o 3+ years of experience in a similar role, supporting executives and managing multiple priorities
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
o Strong organizational and time-management skills
o Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Advance Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
o Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
o Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
o Open to travel
