About the Role
Triplanza is looking for an energetic and confident Sales Intern to join our team. The selected candidate will promote tour packages, communicate with potential travellers, handle enquiries, generate leads, and assist customers throughout the booking process.
This opportunity is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in travel, tourism, sales, or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote domestic and group tour packages.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their travel requirements.
- Explain itineraries, package prices, inclusions, and exclusions.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Support the team in promotional campaigns and other sales activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over calls and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of social media and computer applications.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality.
- Strong interest in travel, tourism, and sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Freshers and college students are welcome to apply.
