- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with medical, surgical, pediatric, obstetric, and trauma-related emergencies.
- Perform rapid triage and prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition.
- Stabilize critically ill and injured patients using evidence-based emergency medicine practices.

- Interpret laboratory reports, ECGs, X-rays, CT scans, ultrasound findings, and other diagnostic investigations.
- Initiate appropriate treatment plans and prescribe medications according to clinical guidelines.
- Coordinate patient referrals and admissions with specialists, ICU, operation theatre, and inpatient departments.
- Lead and participate in Code Blue, trauma activations, and disaster management responses.
- Supervise Emergency Medical Officers, Junior Doctors, Nurses, and Emergency & Trauma Care Technicians.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, procedures, and discharge summaries.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, infection control protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, morbidity and mortality meetings, and emergency department performance reviews.
- Train and mentor junior medical staff, interns, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards of medical practice
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
