Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline communication and coordination between cross-functional groups to enhance overall system support.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through problem-solving processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within enterprise supply planning systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to implement effective solutions and improvements.
- Experience in monitoring system performance and identifying potential risks before they impact business operations.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management best practices.
