Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of manpower deployment across client locations.
- Ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of workforce.
- Coordinate with recruitment and HR teams for manpower requirements.
- Monitor attendance, shift management, productivity, and workforce discipline.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, PT, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and client reports.
- Conduct site visits and monitor field operations regularly.
- Optimize operational costs and improve efficiency.
- Lead and motivate operations teams and field staff.
- Ensure achievement of KPIs, SLAs, and business targets.

Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- Additional certification in HR / Operations will be an advantage
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in manpower service / staffing industry
- Experience in handling large workforce deployment preferred

Salary
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
