About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee – Data Associates to join our E-commerce Operations team. This role is ideal for Diploma and Engineering graduates who are strong in logical thinking, basic engineering fundamentals, and analytical ability.
No prior e-commerce experience is required. Selected candidates will receive structured training in product data management and digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, organize, and validate product information from various data sources
- Classify products into correct categories (Electronics, Tools, Appliances, etc.)
- Perform data accuracy checks and attribute mapping
- Understand product specifications (wattage, dimensions, warranty, materials, etc.)
- Work with Excel sheets for data entry, cleaning, and validation
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for catalog enrichment
- Ensure quality and turnaround time targets are met
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (EEE, ECE, Mechanical, or related streams)
- 2023, 2024, 2025 Pass-outs can apply
- Basic understanding of:
- Unit conversions (KM to M, CM to MM, Volts to KV)
- Logical reasoning and number series
- Basic electrical fundamentals (V = I × R)
- Familiarity with MS Excel basics (Copy, Paste, Formulas)
