Key ResponsibilitiesService Coordination
- Receive and log customer service requests through phone, email, WhatsApp, or CRM.
- Assign service calls to field service engineers based on location, priority, and availability.
- Schedule preventive maintenance (PM) visits as per Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Monitor the status of open service requests and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate emergency breakdown support and minimize system downtime.
Customer Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service and maintenance.
- Provide updates on service schedules, complaint status, and issue resolution.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication.
Field Team Coordination
- Coordinate daily schedules for service engineers and technicians.
- Ensure field teams have the required tools, spare parts, and documentation.
- Track engineer attendance, productivity, and service completion.
- Follow up on pending service activities and site visits.
Warranty & Spare Parts Management
- Coordinate warranty claims with equipment manufacturers and suppliers.
- Maintain records of warranty status for inverters, solar panels, batteries, and other components.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate replenishment with the procurement team.
- Ensure timely dispatch of required materials to project sites.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, maintenance activities, and customer communications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
- Generate service invoices, AMC records, and work completion reports.
- Maintain service history for each customer installation.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure service activities comply with company standards and safety procedures.
- Verify completion reports and customer sign-offs after each service visit.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in service operations
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
