We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, relationship-building, and market expansion in the interior design sector. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth for Stelar Interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the interior design and real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase Stelar Interiors’ services and design solutions.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide insights for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (interior design/real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools and digital communication.
