We hiring a Freight Claims Executive for US trucking and dispatch operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle freight/cargo and insurance-related claims
- Coordinate with carriers, brokers, dispatchers, and insurance companies
- Review PODs, BOLs, invoices, and claim documents
- Follow up on detention, lumper, damage, and breakdown claims
- Maintain accurate claim records and reports
Requirements
- Good English communication and email drafting skills
- Experience in US trucking/logistics preferred
- Knowledge of freight claims and documentation
- Basic knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, PCS, or EDI is a plus
Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred
