1. Interpret & understand client requirements and ensure engineering solutions are implemented effectively within the allocated budget
2. Design, program, simulate and test automated machinery or processes that are intended to complete a specific task
3. Responsible for detailed design specifications and other documents in their creation
4. Write PLC codes, HMI Interfacing, establish network architectures, Draw One line drawings & script operation manuals
5. Design, engineer, test and troubleshoot control systems
6. Maintain technical project files
7. Publishing reports documenting the design details of new projects and qualifications test results
8. Good understanding of basic machine controls like induction motor using AC, MCCs, VFDs, Hydraulic and Pnematics & Valve contols
9. Maintain product safety in all designs
10. Perform design prototyping, including field implementation and testing
11. Trouble shooting of communication networks and wiring issues with PLCs and other NW components
12. Develop electrical design, schematics and drawings in AUTOCAD
13. Interpret mechanical design drawings for electrical requirements (Ex. Solidworks)
14. Research supplier products for assembly components
15. Establish new and maintain existing standards
