HR Recruiter
Location: Kollur, Hyderabad
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching positions within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage full-cycle recruitment for teachers, administrative staff, and support staff.
· Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
· Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and networking.
· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
· Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews.
· Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and the Principal.
· Perform reference checks and background verification.
· Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing methods
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
