Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives who can handle inbound leads generated by digital marketing and identify new business opportunities through market research and field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leads generated through Meta, Google, and online platforms
- Conduct client meetings and site visits
- Understand customer requirements and prepare project discussions
- Generate self-sourced leads through networking and market research
- Build relationships with apartments, builders, architects, and property managers
- Coordinate with the estimation and design teams
- Follow up and close renovation projects
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales/business development preferred
- Knowledge of interiors, construction, sanitary, or renovation industry is an advantage
- Must be proactive and target-oriented
- Two-wheeler preferred
