About the Role
Ryvanta is seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Construction Supervisor to oversee the construction, renovation, and maintenance of warehouse and industrial infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering background with hands-on experience in supervising construction teams, contractors, and site operations while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion. The role requires strong leadership, project coordination, site management, and execution capabilities to ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Construction Site Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise civil contractors, subcontractors, labor teams, and vendors.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within the planned timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress.
Project Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements before execution.
- Ensure proper resource allocation including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Track project schedules and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Identify project risks and proactively resolve site-related challenges.
Quality Control
- Ensure all civil works comply with approved engineering standards and construction specifications.
- Monitor quality of materials used at site.
- Conduct quality checks on RCC work, masonry, flooring, plastering, structural steel work, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
- Ensure all construction activities meet required quality standards before approval.
Material & Inventory Management
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement teams for timely availability.
- Verify material quantities received at site.
- Maintain records of material consumption and stock utilization.
- Prevent wastage and ensure efficient material management.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and construction site protocols.
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks for site workers.
- Monitor usage of PPE and safety equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and statutory requirements. Team Management
- Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labor teams.
- Assign daily work targets and monitor productivity.
- Resolve workforce and execution-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure proper communication between all project stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site reports and progress reports.
- Prepare project status updates for management review.
- Maintain records of work completed, manpower deployed, material usage, and project timelines.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, measurements, and billing support.
Site Inspections & Maintenance
- Conduct site surveys and inspections before project commencement.
- Monitor warehouse infrastructure development and maintenance activities.
- Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure final project handover is completed as per approved standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of warehouse, industrial, and commercial construction projects.
- Understanding of RCC, steel structures, masonry, flooring, and finishing works.
- Strong project coordination and contractor management skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong planning, follow-up, and time management abilities.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction supervision, site execution, warehouse construction, industrial projects, or infrastructure development.
- Experience managing contractors, labor teams, and site operations.
- Strong understanding of project execution, quality control, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
