Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with strong expertise in designing and executing high-rise residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of architectural planning, local development regulations, municipal submissions, coordination with consultants, and project execution from concept to completion.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and planning of high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare and review concept designs, schematic layouts, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Ensure designs comply with local building bye-laws, development control regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and liaison consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review architectural drawings and provide technical guidance to the design team.
- Attend client meetings, consultant coordination meetings, and site review meetings.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
- Resolve technical and design-related issues during project execution.
- Ensure quality standards, project specifications, and design intent are maintained throughout construction.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and drafting teams.
- Coordinate with liaison teams for municipal approvals and statutory submissions.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Thorough knowledge of building bye-laws, DCPR, NBC, fire norms, and approval processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows will be an added advantage.
- Excellent design, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA) is preferred.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution of high-rise projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with reputed architectural consultants or real estate developers.
- Strong understanding of municipal approval procedures.
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept design through execution.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
