Job Responsibilities
Supervise caregivers, nurses, and patient attendants
Coordinate patient care services and staff scheduling
Visit patient locations when required
Maintain service quality and patient satisfaction
Handle client communication and service updates
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline
Support recruitment and training of healthcare staff
Resolve patient or family concerns professionally
Maintain daily reports and operational records
Coordinate with management for smooth operations
Requirements
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of healthcare/home care services
Leadership and team management ability
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
Comfortable with field visits in Pune
Experience in healthcare, hospital, nursing, or homecare operations preferred
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge required
Qualification
Any Graduate / Healthcare Background Preferred
Nursing, B.Pharm, B.Sc, GNM, ANM candidates can also apply
