A growing US-headquartered education technology company is hiring an energetic and performance-driven Business Development Executive/Marketing Manager for its India operations.
We operate in the international education, student recruitment, English-language learning, and AI-powered exam-preparation sectors. The selected candidate will help us grow our education platforms across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies
* Generate qualified leads for educational services and digital learning products
* Build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, education consultants, student recruitment agents, and influencers
* Plan social media, local marketing, seminar, webinar, and promotional campaigns
* Support brand development and market expansion
* Coordinate with sales, counselling, content, and management teams
* Track leads, conversions, campaign performance, and return on investment
* Identify partnership and business-development opportunities
Candidate Profile
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Target-oriented and comfortable taking responsibility for results
* Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media promotion
* Ability to manage both field marketing and online campaigns
* Experience in EdTech, IELTS, overseas education, student recruitment, sales, or digital marketing will be preferred
* Ambitious freshers with strong communication and marketing abilities may also apply
Compensation
Salary up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and performance
