About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to support business growth through lead generation, client engagement, relationship management, and sales activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, identifying opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and support the sales process.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Support sales process improvements and team development initiatives.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable traveling locally for client meetings and business events.
