We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team and lead the sales efforts for our cutting-edge HR product. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling HR technology solutions, strong consultative selling skills,and the ability to build and maintain relationships with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound lead generation activities across international markets (email, calls, LinkedIn, research-based outreach)
- Conduct cold calling and initial discovery conversations to identify and qualify potential opportunities
- Manage the pre-sales funnel from first contact through qualification and meeting/demo scheduling
- Maintain and grow a structured sales pipeline across multiple geographies.
- Accurately update and manage all activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM.
