Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Fabricator to join our team and assist in the design, production, and assembly of high-quality pharmaceutical equipment. The role involves working closely with engineers and production staff to ensure the fabrication of precision components that meet stringent quality and safety standards required in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication and Assembly:
- Construct and assemble stainless steel and other metal components for pharmaceutical equipment.
- Use cutting, welding, and machining techniques to fabricate parts with precision.
- Ensure that components meet strict quality standards and specifications.
- Quality Assurance:
- Inspect fabricated parts for accuracy and quality, ensuring they comply with company and industry standards.
- Perform necessary testing and validation to confirm functionality and safety of fabricated items.
- Maintain documentation of all inspections and testing for compliance purposes.
- Collaboration with Engineering:
- Work alongside design engineers to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Provide input on fabrication feasibility and suggest improvements for manufacturability.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and safety protocols during fabrication.
- Follow all safety guidelines related to handling of equipment, machinery, and hazardous materials.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of tools, machinery, and work areas.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and quality in fabrication.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest fabrication techniques and tools.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training in fabrication or welding is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fabricator, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical equipment industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in metalworking techniques (welding, machining, cutting).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory standards in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate heavy machinery.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
