Key Responsibilities
- Production Oversight: Coordinate the daily preparation, cooking, and packaging of large-scale food batches while ensuring standardized recipes and portion controls are strictly followed.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine inspections of raw ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet the factory's safety, taste, color, and texture standards.
- Safety & Sanitation: Enforce stringent regulatory guidelines (e.g., HACCP, FDA, or local FSSAI compliance). Monitor temperature logs, allergen controls, and facility cleanliness.
- Inventory Management: Track ingredient stock, packaging supplies, and equipment. Place orders to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise production line cooks and kitchen staff. Create shift schedules and ensure compliance with workplace safety rules.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
