Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers (Engineering, IT, Digital, Construction Tech teams) to understand hiring needs
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing to offer rollout
Source candidates via:
o
LinkedIn Recruiter
o
Boolean search
o
Tech communities & referrals
Screen candidates on:
o
Cultural fit & stakeholder alignment
Build strong talent pipelines for niche roles (e.g., BIM, AI in real estate, leadership roles)
Provide market intelligence (salary benchmarks, competitor hiring trends)
Ensure smooth candidate experience and employer branding

Multi-role handling in fast-paced environments
ATS tools & recruitment analytics
Technical Hiring Exposure (Important)

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
