Position: Logistics Sales Field Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for logistics and transportation services.
- Visit potential customers, warehouses, manufacturing units, and businesses to promote company services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer shipping and supply chain requirements and offer suitable logistics solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of client meetings, sales activities, and business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Good relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics sales, freight forwarding, transportation, or courier services preferred.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
