Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in both static and video editing and a genuine interest in learning, creating, and growing within a fast-paced digital agency environment.
This role is suited to someone with a fresh creative perspective, strong technical skills, and the patience and eagerness to develop their craft through diverse projects, feedback, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and other creative requirements.
- Work across static and video editing, adapting creative ideas across different formats and platforms.
- Translate briefs and creative directions into thoughtful, visually strong design solutions.
- Receive, understand, and apply feedback constructively while being open to refining your work.
- Manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency and attention to detail.
- Continuously explore new design techniques, tools, trends, and creative approaches.
Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design. A strong portfolio, technical ability, attitude towards work, and willingness to learn matter more.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Strong technical understanding of static and video editing.
- Proficiency in relevant design and editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects or equivalent motion-design tools is a plus.
- Good visual sense, attention to detail, and an understanding of composition, typography, colour, and layout.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from senior team members and peers.
- Good time management and the ability to stay organised across multiple assignments.
- A clear sense of what you want to build as a designer, along with the patience and commitment to grow towards it.
