Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving two-wheeler sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchase process. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer experience, and contributing to dealership growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and finance/insurance options
- Conduct test rides and assist customers in decision-making
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals
- Generate leads through calls, references, and field activities
- Follow up with prospective customers to close sales
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams
- Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and proper documentation
- Maintain customer database and post-sale follow-ups
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and outdoor sales campaigns
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales and target-oriented mindset
- Customer handling and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of two-wheelers (preferred)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / 12th pass (minimum qualification)
- 1 years of sales experience (automobile preferred)
- Freshers with strong interest in sales can also apply

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
